Privacy Summary
We do not collect, monetize, or log your streaming watch history, playback choices, or personal identify details. MediaFusion operates as a stateless or encrypted-parameter media aggregator for Stremio, Kodi, and compatible platforms.
Overview & Philosophy
MediaFusion is an open-source stream indexer and catalog aggregator designed to interface seamlessly with media centers such as Stremio, Kodi, and WebOS clients.
Unlike commercial streaming indexes, MediaFusion operates on a strict non-custodial data model. We believe that what you watch, search for, or configure in your media setup is entirely your own private business.
Information Handling & Logging
Zero-Log Media Activity
We do not record, store, or sell your watch history, search queries, stream selections, or IP-to-content playback pairings.
Debrid Credentials & API Keys
When configuring Debrid options (Real-Debrid, AllDebrid, Premiumize, TorBox, etc.), your API tokens or secret keys are either embedded inside your personal encrypted Manifest URL or stored locally in browser storage. Public MediaFusion server instances do not store your API credentials in persistent databases.
Transient System Logs
If using a publicly hosted instance, minimal temporary web server logs (e.g., standard Nginx / Cloudflare request logs) may process incoming requests strictly for rate limiting, DDoS protection, and operational health. These transient logs are systematically rotated and purged.
Third-Party Debrid Providers
MediaFusion communicates directly with third-party Debrid and caching services on your behalf when resolving streams. Supported services include:

Cookies & Session Storage
MediaFusion does not use tracking cookies, cross-site analytics, or invasive advertising telemetry.
We utilize modern browser localStorage solely to keep track of your setup preferences while utilizing the web-based addon configurator page.

The true guarantee of privacy comes from transparency. MediaFusion is 100% open-source software under an open license.
